Patrick Gaff, 48, of Beaulieu Close, Toothill, has been charged with causing Grevious Bodily Harm (GBH) and possession of a knife in a public place after a man was stabbed in the neck on Thursday afternoon.
A 31-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and hit on the head with a brick in Crawford Close, Freshbrook and required hospital treatment for his injuries.
Gaff is due before Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning.
