A man, charged with the murder of Ken Kiley, has been remanded in custody after appearing yesterday morning at Swindon Magistrates Court.
Dario Carboni, aged 24, from Tottenham, London, has been charged with murder, causing death by dangerous driving and driving whilst disqualified, following the incident in the Southernwood Drive and Westfield Way area of Swindon on 8th July.
Carboni has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court tomorrow.
