KFC adds brand new chicken flavour to its menu

KFC are introducing a brand new chicken flavour to restaurants around the UK – but you’ll have to be quick to try it!

For the first time in history, KFC is changing its beloved Original Recipe chicken and are launching a brand new flavour based on its Deep South roots called the Nashville Hot chicken.

The spicy, smoky dish is made from cayenne and paprika and served with gherkins and is said to be “inspired by Nashville’s original hot chicken shacks”.

Your Holiday Starts Now

However, you’ll have to hurry if you want to try the new flavour, as it is only available for a limited time only between 22nd May and 18th June nationwide.

For fans who are dedicated to the Original Recipe chicken dish don’t worry as you can still order this too.

According to KFC, the origins of the chicken shacks date back to the Andre Prince Jeffries family, who own Nashville’s Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack, which is still popular in the city today.
