This Saturday, 24th May, at 11:00 AM, St Marks Recreation Ground on Whitehouse Road will be the hub of a community clean-up effort spearheaded by Greg Wilkes and his team at GWaste.
Greg Wilkes is inviting local residents to come together for a community litter pick-up, aiming to promote a healthier, cleaner area for everyone.
This is not the first time GWaste has orchestrated a community clean-up day and once again all community members are being invited to join in. Giving encouragement to those thinking about taking part Greg says, “Bring yourself, your nan, your dog—everyone is welcome! Let’s make our community better together.”
Volunteers will be provided with all necessary equipment, including litter pickers, gloves, and high-visibility vests, ensuring that the task is carried out safely and efficiently.
