This Saturday, 18th September, will see Marlborough host its first ‘Sports Festival’ at The Rec.
The festival aims to give local youngsters the chance to try different sports free of charge.
The event has been organised by Marlborough Sports Forum with in conjunction with Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP) and has been made possible through generous funding from Wiltshire Council.
Various different sports and activities on offer include:
- Skateboarding
- Climbing
- Archery
- Basketball
- Dodgeball
- Dance
- Dodgeball
The event is open to those aged 10-19years old and organisers are asking those wanting to take part to pre-register here.
