A 20-year-old woman from Swindon was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
Both have been released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
Det Supt Steve Kirby, who leads Project Optimise – the Force’s response to serious and organised crime, said: “When officers conducted a search of this vehicle, they located a number of commercially packed tubes of cannabis. Very recent messages on the mobile phones also indicated drug deliveries had been taking place in exchange for several hundreds of pounds.
“Activity such as this sends a clear message that we are continuing to conduct our usual proactive policing work despite the lockdown. Those involved in illegal drug activity are continuing to go about their business despite the current restrictions, so it is really important that we continue to target these individuals.
“Drugs can often lead to, or be associated with, many other crimes and therefore the impact on a local community should not be underestimated.
“We remain committed to tackling drug supply in Wiltshire and Swindon and would urge any residents who suspect drug activity in their neighbourhood to report it to us immediately.”
