General Election 2019: What will the weather be like on voting day?

The earlier you get to your polling station on Thursday morning the less likely you are to be caught up in a downpour.

The Met Office has said Thursday will see further rain and strong winds as voters take to the polls.

Your Holiday Starts Now

If you plan to head out as the polls open you should remain dry, those leaving it until people have gone to work will more likely need to remember the umbrella as there is a 60% chance of rain.

From noon through to the end of the voting at 10pm you will be met with heavy rain.
