GEL Studios Strengthens In-House Team and Celebrates Internal Progression Amid Five-Year Growth Plan

Swindon-based B-Corp creative agency GEL Studios has announced three new hires and an internal promotion, marking another step forward in its ambitious five-year growth strategy.

The purpose-led agency, known for its commitment to ethical business and long-term client partnerships, continues to expand its in-house expertise to deliver exceptional creative, digital, and marketing solutions for SMEs.

Three new hires boost creative and digital capabilities

Joining GEL Studios as Senior Creative, Dani Wilkinson brings nearly a decade of experience across website and app design, social media graphics, campaigns, and print media. Her creative versatility and strategic design approach will play a key role in shaping inspiring visual communications for the agency’s clients.

Robbie Climance has been appointed Marketing Executive, bringing strong expertise in social media strategy and paid digital advertising. Having begun his career as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, Robbie has spent the past five years mastering Meta Ads and performance marketing — developing impactful campaigns that drive measurable client growth.

Completing the trio of new hires is Website Developer, Mariah Roberts, who strengthens GEL’s in-house technical capabilities. With a focus on bespoke WordPress development, Mariah combines attention to detail with imaginative coding to elevate user experience and design.

Celebrating internal progression

The agency is also celebrating the promotion of Elisha Elliott to Senior Creative, recognising her seven years of dedication and growth within GEL Studios. Elisha’s new role will focus on leading creative projects for the agency’s extensive portfolio of good cause, community, and charity clients.

Employee ownership and sustainable growth

In September, GEL Studios introduced an employee ownership scheme, allocating 30% of the agency to current and future team members. The initiative reflects the company’s commitment to shared success and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and purpose.

The scheme is part of GEL’s wider plan to attract top creative talent and ensure that every team member feels empowered to shape the agency’s future.

A decade of purpose-led creativity

Founded by Graeme Leighfield, GEL Studios has built a reputation for crafting meaningful, purpose-driven digital experiences — offering branding, design, web development, and marketing all under one roof.

Graeme said:

“At GEL Studios, we’re proud to have built a fully in-house team. We don’t outsource or rely on freelancers, something I’m deeply passionate about and which is rare in our industry.

Over the past decade, we’ve brought together an ambitious group of specialists who are genuinely committed to helping clients achieve their goals. I’m thrilled to welcome Dani, Mariah, and Robbie to the team, and want to thank Elisha for her continued dedication. I’m confident they’ll make a significant contribution to the success of our clients, both now and in the future.”
