Following the changes to the lane arrangements on Kemble Drive, Swindon Borough Council’s transport planning team want your views on further traffic management proposals for the area surrounding the Swindon Designer Outlet/ STEAM Museum.
The main components of this consultation focus on the removal of the bus gate on Church Place to enable east-bound movements for all traffic, providing a shorter route to access Bristol Street Car Park when the North Car Park is full.
There are also proposals to restrict movement on Rodbourne Road that will allow for local access and bus services only between Bruce Street Bridges and Linslade junctions during peak trading hours at the Swindon Designer Outlet and when events are being held at STEAM.
