Swindon Borough Council will be holding two sessions in The Parade this week to allow members of the public so see the full plans on the Fleming Way improvements.
The Fleming Way improvements will create one inclusive bus interchange that will accommodate all bus services in the town centre. It will replace the ageing current bus station and make sure all buses leave from a single location.
The sessions outside H&M will also see the scheme’s contractor, Colas, as well as the Council’s project team on hand to answer any questions.
A Swindon Borough Council spokesperson said ‘This is a chance for people to understand what improvements will be made to Fleming Way and why they are so necessary to the town centre.’
The two events will take place on:
Tuesday, 10th May, 11am to 3pm
Thursday, 12th May, 3pm to 7pm
