Journey Through the Enchanted Wardrobe: Families are invited to step into a glistening, snow-frosted winter woodland as they venture through the Enchanted Wardrobe.
Pull aside the winter coats to discover a warm and friendly Santa surrounded by storybook characters. Wishes come to life in the craft area with magical wands, and a talking wishing well hides among the trees, making this Christmas Grotto truly special.
A Magical Christmas Day-Out: Guests can kick off the festive season with the ultimate Christmas day-out at Swindon Designer Outlet. Join the magical Christmas experience with crafts, charming characters, and beautiful photo opportunities. Each half-hour session promises festive magic, creating memories to treasure for a lifetime.

- The Enchanted Wardrobe is a free experience for Swindon Designer Outlet guests.
- A £2.50 booking fee is required, refundable upon arrival or can be donated in full to Prospect Hospice, the Centre’s Charity of the Year partner.

Special SEN Sessions: Tailored SEN (Special Educational Needs) Sessions will take place every Tuesday at 11 am and 11:45 am, and on Sundays at 11 am. These inclusive sessions offer the same activities in smaller groups and a quieter environment for those who prefer a more relaxed experience.
