Detectives are continuing to carry out detailed enquiries following the incident in Toothill, Swindon, over the weekend.
A 32 year old local man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has been interviewed and released under investigation. However, he has been recalled to prison for breaching the conditions of his licence.
It follows an incident at a property in Warneford Close, Toothill, shortly before 9.30pm on Saturday where shots were fired at a window.
Thankfully nobody was injured.
The police investigation is continuing and people living in the area are likely to see an ongoing police presence while they carry out further enquiries.
