Swindon based Now Lets Travel says along with popular cruising destinations such as the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, cruisers are now keen to add on land stays to their Alaskan, Asian and Australian cruises.
There has also been an increase in holidaymakers looking to pair a cruise with the bright lights of Miami and New York with a Bahamas or Caribbean break and even trips north to Niagara Falls and the east coast.
Now Lets Travel’s Shaun Jones said: “Having just launched this year, we are ending the year on a high. I did not expect to have had so many cruise enquiries in the first six months with customers looking in to adding a land stay in with their cruise holiday.
“People want more experiences with their holiday. Many of our enquiries are now looking to add three, four or five nights in at the start of the cruise.”
“Cruise lines are really pushing the boundaries of what they can offer to customers and I believe 2023 is the year cruise will break down even of those barriers more than it ever has before.”
