Following a hearing at Bristol Crown Court on Friday 19th May, the case against a 15-year-old boy in the Owen Dunn murder case has been discontinued.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had originally been arrested on suspicion of murder.
This follows the death of 18-year-old Owen Dunn, who died after being stabbed in Mazurek Way, Swindon on December 4 last year.
Two other teenage boys, aged 15 and 17, are due to appear before Bristol Crown Court for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing on 7th July.
