Every year our clocks go forward one hour in March and back one hour in October to mark the start and end of British Summer Time (BST).
This year the clocks will go back one hour on Sunday 29th October at 2am.
By setting the clocks back in winter it means Brits get an earlier sunrise and earlier sunset.
The change will mark the end of BST and resume Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Luckily, for anyone with a smart device they will usually update the time automatically if they are connected to the internet so you won’t need to worry about them, but make sure you don’t forget other clocks and your car if necessary!
