Swindon Police have released a CCTV image of a man they’d like to identify in relation to numerous acts of graffiti being scribbled on buildings and bus stops on Regent Street, Theatre Square as well as in Old Town.
In the past week, Swindon Borough Council have removed around 35 of the ‘tags’ this man has scrawled around the town, but have warned they are unable to ‘afford to keep spending taxpayers’ money cleaning up after him.’
If you recognise the man in the picture or have any information that could help the police to identify him, please call 101 quoting crime reference number 54200115355.
Alternatively, you can report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
