With Covid-19 continuing to cause disruption to our every day lives and heap pressure on the NHS, staff at the Great Western Hospital are working tirelessly to ensure everyone is treated.
The Swindon public have been reaching out on social media to arrange care packages to be donated to the staff to help them through their shifts and what little downtime they have.
Unfortunately with the restrictions in place at the hospital it has been necessary to stop non-urgent visitors to the hospital, however Brighter Futures have started a fundraising drive on their Facebook page where the community can donate to support the dedicated staff.
Gary Pointer and the team at Batleys Cash and Carry in Swindon have very kindly donated items that will go into care packages for staff working during the COVID-19 outbreak.
