Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been advised to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace after coming into contact with a positive case of Covid-19.
It is understood that Ashford MP Lee Anderson met the PM on Thursday and has since tested positive for the virus.
Boris Johnson is not reporting any symptoms and will continue working from Downing Street whilst following the self-isolation guidelines.
