The tiers are expected to be strengthened, with more local areas in the higher tiers to keep coronavirus under control and to safeguard the gains made during the national lockdown but it is understood that the 10pm curfew on pubs and restaurants will be extended to 11pm, with last orders called at 10pm, under the new system.
