Awdry Law Welcomes Senior Associate Natasha Thomas to Swindon Team

Awdry Law has strengthened its growing corporate offering with the appointment of Natasha Thomas, who joins the firm’s Swindon office as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department. She arrives with significant experience gathered at both regional and international practices, adding further depth to the firm’s commercial expertise.

Natasha advises business owners, directors and management teams across a wide array of sectors. Her work typically covers acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, restructures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and the full spectrum of day-to-day corporate governance matters. Known for her practical, relationship-driven style, she focuses on providing clear advice while drawing on a keen understanding of how businesses operate in the real world.
