Officers were called to Shaftesbury Avenue in Swindon this afternoon at approximately 3.30pm following a report of a stabbing.
A teenager is believed to have sustained an injury to his arm which is not believed to be life threatening.
Officers responded promptly and one male was quickly arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article.
Two further suspects remain outstanding and are being actively sought.

There has been a heightened police presence in the area this afternoon and into the evening as officers conduct their enquiries and reassure any members of the public who have concerns.
