Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail to stop collision between a car and an e-scooter rider.
Between 2.50pm and 3.05pm on September 9th, a 20-year-old man wearing orange high visibility clothing was riding an e-scooter along Swindon Road from the Dockle Farmhouse area towards Greenbridge.
As he approached the junction of Stratton Road, the man was hit by a vehicle, which caused him to fall from the e-scooter, lose consciousness and sustain injuries to his face and arms.
The driver of the vehicle involved did not stop and did not report the collision.
