Police are appealing for help in locating a missing Swindon man.
Michael, 31 was last seen leaving the Great Western Hospital at approximately 15.30pm on April 8th.
It is believed that he got on bus 1A from the hospital.
The family are concerned about Michael’s welfare as he is without medication which he requires.
Police would like to hear from anyone with information regarding Michael’s whereabouts.
