Boris Johnson has confirmed this afternoon that from July 4th the social distancing guidelines will be changed to ‘1 metre plus’.
Where possible it will still be expected that people keep 2 metres apart but to enable the hospitality to reopen 1 metre will be suitable in locations that 2 metres wouldn’t be possible.
