A new theatre production celebrating the music of Robbie Williams is set to arrive in Swindon later this month as part of a nationwide tour.
Let Me Entertain You will take to the stage at the Wyvern Theatre for one night only, bringing together some of the biggest hits from Robbie Williams’ solo career alongside classic Take That favourites.
The live production promises a fast-paced evening of music and nostalgia, featuring songs including Angels, Rock DJ, Feel, Candy and a selection of tracks from Williams’ early years with Take That.
Audiences can also expect performances of well-known group hits including Could It Be Magic and The Flood.
The touring show has been created as a tribute to one of Britain’s most successful pop performers, whose career has spanned more than three decades and produced a long list of chart-topping singles.
Robbie Williams remains the UK’s best-selling artist of the 1990s and continues to draw large crowds around the world with his stadium tours and live performances.
Producers say the show has been designed as a “feel-good night out” combining live music, energetic performances and the larger-than-life stage presence that became synonymous with Williams throughout his career.
Blending upbeat crowd-pleasers with emotional ballads, Let Me Entertain You aims to recreate the atmosphere of a Robbie Williams concert within a theatre setting.
The production forms part of a wider UK tour and will visit Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre for a single performance this May.
