Mum’s the Word is a friendly, informal group for mothers interested in writing, meeting on the first Tuesday of every month at Lower Shaw Farm.
If you are a busy mum who doesn’t seem to find the time to explore your passion for writing or you don’t know how to take those first steps or if you just have a vague interest in the idea of getting your thoughts and words out there, then this is the group for you.
Why not share your thoughts, your writing, your experiences, talk to like minded people, give advice from your own literary journey or listen to people who have already begun, or just chat and enjoy a social gathering.
Don’t worry if you haven’t had a chance to write anything yet. The group will help you get started, if you want it to.
It takes place on Tuesday 2nd July, 7.30 pm – 9 pm at Lower Shaw Farm Entry is £2.00 and includes a complimentary drink.
