Get ready, Swindon, because the Wyvern Theatre and Imagine Theatre have just unveiled their stellar cast for this year’s Snow White, the fairest panto of them all, running from 02nd to 31st December. And guess who’s taking the spotlight as the wicked Queen Morgiana? None other than RuPaul’s Drag Race fan-favorite, Divina De Campo!
Known for her mesmerising high soprano and incredible 4-octave vocal range, Divina is a seasoned British drag queen who has graced national television shows like The Voice, All Together Now, and even made it to the finals of the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. With appearances in hit shows like Chicago the Musical and her current UK tour in Spongebob The Musical, Divina is ready to bring her signature flair and charm to the Wyvern Theatre this Christmas.
But that’s not all! Joining Divina on stage will be the dashing Prince, portrayed by Channel 5 Milkshake! Presenter and TikTok sensation Nathan Connor.
With a massive following on TikTok, Nathan is no stranger to the panto scene, but it’s his first time enchanting audiences at the Wyvern. He can’t contain his excitement, saying, “I am absolutely buzzing to be playing the Prince in Snow White this year at the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon! This is one panto I’ve never done before, so even more exciting. I’ll see you all this Christmas!”
Completing the dazzling cast is Samantha Dorrance, a real-life Disney Channel star and musical theatre actress, who will be gracing the stage as Snow White herself. Samantha’s career took off on the Disney Channel after winning their talent search show, You’re The Star. With West End performances under her belt and appearances across the UK in shows like Dreamboats and Petticoats, Samantha is ready to captivate audiences with her charm and talent.
Laura James, Theatre Director at the Wyvern, couldn’t contain her excitement about the star-studded cast, stating, ‘We are absolutely delighted that Divina, Nathan and Samantha will be headlining the fairest Panto of them all in Swindon this December. Snow White is set to be our most magical family show to date, full of fabulous fun and adventure sure to delight our faithful audiences who love returning to the Wyvern year on year as part of their festive celebrations.
