Emily Atack will take to the Arts Centre stage on Thursday 7th October as part of her highly anticipated second UK comedy tour Emily Atack Has Left the Group: a stand-up show exploring building a life, love, identity and conforming in the high-pressure times we live in.
Emily’s 2019 debut comedy tour, the critically acclaimed Talk Thirty to Me, which inspired
her hit TV show The Emily Atack Show (ITV2), sold out across the country with witty quips about the ups and downs of a modern woman traversing their thirties.
Emily Atack says, “After what has been an incredibly difficult eighteen months for the arts
industry, I cannot wait to finally be able to get back on stage. I’ve been busy writing lots of new material and after being stuck at home, I feel like I’m ready to unleash it all and give my lovely audience a night out that we’ve all needed for a very long time”.
Emily Atack is an actor, comedian, writer and TV host. After winning the hearts of the nation in the most successful series to date of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2019, Emily landed her own sketch and stand-up series, The Emily Atack Show for ITV2, the channels first ever female comedy show which premiered in Autumn 2020.
Emily went on to land the much-coveted Team Captain role on Celebrity Juice.
This year she joined the critically acclaimed BBC One prime time show, This Is My House as a regular panellist and has just launched her first podcast with Spotify Originals, Emily
Atack’s Lie Detector.
The Emily Atack Show (ITV2) has since been recommissioned for a second series and will
air in Autumn 2021.
