Swindon Town have this afternoon confirmed the signing of 21-year-old striker Tyler Smith on a season long loan.
Smith is yet to make an a appearance in the Blades first team but has previously played in League One with Bristol Rovers, Rochdale and Doncaster.
Talking to the official Swindon Town website Tyler said:
“I’m delighted. I knew about it a couple of weeks ago now and I was just itching to get here and now that’s happened I just can’t wait to get started.”
“I looked at the club last season and saw how they dominated teams, scoring loads of goals and after speaking to the gaffer, the way they’re going forward, it suits me right to a T.”
“League One is a tough league, but I think we will be more than fine. If we stick together and work hard, the results will come.”
