Lee Power has told the High Court in London that Swindon Town Football Club could go into administration if he is stopped selling the club to American-based Able.
This case was heard last week with the court papers emerging today through various social media channels.
This follows a radio interview at the weekend where Lee Power advised that ‘unless a financial lifeline’ was received he could see a number of football league clubs entering administration before the summer.
