Swindon boss Alun Rossiter has warned his side they “can’t take their foot off the gas” when they host King’s Lynn tonight.
The Carpets4Less Robins return to the Abbey having claimed impressive away wins at Somerset and Poole in their last two outings.
They will take on a Stars side that has experienced a mixed start to the campaign – but Rossiter insists they must be wary of the Norfolk outfit.
With 2012 World Champion Chris Holder, former Robins’ skipper Troy Batchelor and British hotshot Robert Lambert in their side they bring plenty of talent to Wiltshire.
And Rossiter has urged his side to pick up where they left off at Wimborne Road to claim three more SGB Premiership points on home shale.
“King’s Lynn have a talented side, so you certainly can’t write them off,” Rossiter said. “They’ve got riders capable of beating anyone and putting in big scores, so we’ll need to be at our best.
“We’ve had two really good away wins since our last home meeting, so we’ll be back on our own patch high on confidence.
“But we can’t take our foot off the gas, and we need another good performance to get three more points on the board.”
Both sides will be at full strength, with Austrian racer Dany Gappmaier making his debut for the Robins at reserve.
