Robertson who released by AFC Wimbledon last month has agreed an undisclosed contract and becomes new boss David Flitcroft’s first signing at the club.

“Chris has joined us and I’m delighted he’s come in. He has got the profile of a centre-half that I was looking for.”

Chris Robertson started out as a trainee at Sheffield United and before joining AFC Wimbledon last summer also had spells at Torquay, Preston, Port Vale and a stint north of the border with Ross County.
