Swindon No.1 Jason Doyle was pleased with his rostrum place in Saturday’s Warsaw Speedway Grand Prix.
The Australian finished third in the Grand Final behind Maciej Janowski and event winner Freddie Lindgren. Doyle scored 15 points to move him onto 27 from the opening two rounds as he sits second in the standings.
Said Doyle: Of course it’s nice to get on the podium and hats off to Freddie and Maciej, I just had to sit back and watch the show.
“I just want to thank everyone for sticking by me because it’s been a long way back but hopefully this shows I’m not far away at all now.”
