Team boss Alun Rossiter has tasked Swindon with sending him to Cardiff with a spring in his step by beating Rye House tonight (7.30).
The Carpets 4 Less Robins return to Blunsdon on the back of walloping Poole by 20 points on their own patch, a result that more significantly marked a sixth straight Premiership victory.
That run began with a 50-42 success over the Rockets last month and with the British Grand Prix on the horizon, Rossiter wants to end a run of five meetings in eight days on a high.
“We are looking to make it 23 points out of 24 and that would make me a happy man going down to Cardiff but the lads will be firmly grounded,” said Rossiter.
“I think nature of the win at Poole kept everyone pretty calm but we cannot take our foot off the pedal and we never underestimate anyone. If you do, it is likely you will get bitten.
“Rye House have Rohan Tungate in as a guest and we know what he is capable of if he makes starts. We have to be on guard.”
Former Robin Tungate, Erik Riss and Ben Morley stand in for Rockets trio Justin Sedgmen (injured), Ben Barker (Championship commitments) and Robert Branford (injured).
Swindon track a full one to seven headed by Jason Doyle who made his return at Poole.
SWINDON: Jason Doyle, Tobiasz Musielak, Bradley Wilson-Dean, David Bellego, Nick Morris, Adam Ellis, Zach Wajtknecht.
RYE HOUSE : Chris Harris, Erik Riss, Rohan Tungate, Ricky Wells, Scott Nicholls, Stuart Robson, Ben Morley.
