Swindon boss Alun Rossiter has called on his side to pick up where they left off as they host King’s Lynn at the Abbey on Thursday (7.30).
Rossiter’s side stormed to a huge four points at Poole on Wednesday to send a clear message to their Premiership rivals.
They will now face a revamped Stars side in an exciting Abbey showdown – and Rossiter is backing the CFS Filtration Robins to come out on top.
“We’ll go into the meeting with plenty of confidence,” he said.
“We know it won’t be easy as they’ve just had a good win against a strong Belle Vue side, so they’ll also be feeling good.
“We’ve just got to do the same things we did against Poole, and if we ride like that again we should get three more points.”
The Robins will be unchanged, whilst fans will have the chance to meet young gun Zach Wajtknecht in the fanzone at 6pm.
King’s Lynn are led by former Grand Prix star Niels-Kristian Iversen and British hotshot Robert Lambert.
SWINDON: Nick Morris, Adam Ellis, Troy Batchelor, David Bellego, Tobiasz Musielak, Zach Wajtknecht, Mitchell Davey.
KING’S LYNN: Niels-Kristian Iversen, Lewis Rose, Ty Proctor, Thomas Jorgensen, Robert Lambert, Kasper Andersen, Lewis Kerr.
