Aussie ace Nick Morris is preparing for a huge few weeks as he looks to round off his excellent season in style.
Morris will represent the Carpets4Less Robins alongside star man Jason Doyle in the Premiership Riders’ Championship at Belle Vue on Saturday (7.30).
He will then be back in action for Swindon at the National Speedway Stadium when they take on the Aces in the second leg of their Knockout Cup semi-final next Friday, September 22 (7.30).
Their Premiership play-off semi-final second leg against Poole at the Abbey is also rapidly approaching on Monday, September 25 (7.30) with admission slashed to just £10 for adults.
And Morris is keen to give his confidence a timely boost ahead of those massive meetings with a strong showing against the Premiership’s top riders this weekend.
“We’re heading into a big part of the season, and I’m looking forward to it,” Morris said.
“I’ve got some important meetings both individually and for Swindon so it’s an exciting few weeks ahead.
“Hopefully I can ride well and do a good job. When it comes to the Premiership Riders’ Championship, anything can happen in those sorts of meetings.
“It all depends who is going well on the day, so if things come together on the night then I should be able to do well.
“It’s been a good season for me, I’ve been pleased with how it’s gone so I just need to try and finish it off now.”
