A woman has been charged following a fatal RTC in Kingsdown Drive last year.
Paul Morton, aged 47, sadly died in an accident on Kingsdown Drive on June 17th last year when the vehicle Paul was travelling in collided with a tree.
In light of this heartbreaking event, Paula Rendell, aged 50, hailing from Abbey View Road, Moredon, finds herself facing grave charges. Rendell stands accused of causing death by careless driving while exceeding the prescribed alcohol limit.
She appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning and was granted bail, to appear before Swindon Crown Court on May 3rd at 10 am.
