A short section of Westfield Way between the roundabout and the new crossing was successfully resurfaced overnight earlier this week. The work formed part of the construction works of the new Toucan crossing.
The pavement on both sides of the road is now being widened and temporary traffic lights are in operation during off-peak hours.
