A high-end skin cream, sold in Boots is being recalled amid fears it could contain pieces of glass.
The Liz Earle Superskin Concentrate for Night 2ml was recalled after manufacturers recovered small pieces of glass in one batch.
A Liz Earle spokesman said: “At Liz Earle Beauty Co. we are committed to providing you with the highest quality and service, always.
“We are disappointed to let you know about a safety issue we have discovered with Superskin Concentrate for Night 2ml.
“Please rest assured no other Liz Earle Beauty Co. products have been affected.
“In the meantime, if you have any concerns, would like further advice or a refund then please contact our Customer Centre team on naturallyactive@lizearle.com or by phone on 0800 413 318.
“If you have purchased this item as a gift for someone else, please let them know about this and advise them to contact our Customer Centre as soon as possible.

The skin cream is sold by high street giant Boots with batch numbers 6T, 6F and 6P are all being recalled as a precautionary measure.
