Celebrity Big Brother has been blasted for being a ‘fix’ after fans claimed they couldn’t vote to save James Jordan due to a technical hitch.
The show has become involved in yet another fix row after fans found they were unable to vote to save controversial housemate James Jordan due to a problem with the phone app on the night of the eviction.
Former Strictly pro James ended up being the fourth housemate to be evicted from the house.
Viewers were left frustrated and blamed technical issues with the phone app for his swift departure.
They were also left doubting how many fans Jedward actually had.
Big Brother tweeted that there were issues with the voting app on the night of the dancer’s eviction.
They commented: “We’re aware that some of you are having problems updating the iOS app. We’re working on it and will let you know when a fix is ready. #CBB.”
Fans vented their fury on twitter with one saying “it must be a fix anyway cos as if Jedward have a fan base ! Ha!”
Another said “#cbb is a fix no way did Jedward get more votes than @The_JamesJordan.”
However, some of their fans hit back at the claims, pointing out to Jedward’s 669,000 followers in comparison to James’ 208,000.
James was kicked out of the house on Tuesday in favour of Jedward and Game of Thrones star James Cosmo.
Leaving the house, James told Emma Willis he was gutted to go.
He said: “Of course I’m gutted I said to everyone I’d like to stay, I’m having a laugh – but if I come out I get to see my wife.”
