Two men appeared in court in connection with a sexual assault incident that occurred in Hoopers Place, Swindon, on September 3rd.
Nikhil Chopra, a 20-year-old from Walsall, stood before the Swindon Crown Court on Friday to plead guilty to charges of sexual assault and indecent exposure.
As a result, Chopra has been remanded in custody and awaits sentencing in the upcoming new year.
Aryan Choudhary, aged 21 and with no fixed abode in Swindon, also appeared at Swindon Crown Court entering a plea of not guilty to the charges of sexual assault.
He has also been remanded in custody and is set to undergo trial in the new year.
