Ivy Mwangi, 52, from North Swindon, has been charged with causing death by careless driving and for causing death by driving a vehicle without a licence and insurance.
It follows an incident on Akers Way on November 25th, 2022, when 14-year-old, Harry Parker, was fatally struck by a vehicle.
Mwangi is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on Tuesday 26th March.
