Swindon School Trust Wins National Award

The Park Academies Trust, based in Swindon, has emerged as the proud recipient of the esteemed Wellbeing Trust of the Year award at this year’s Multi Academy Trust Excellence Awards.

These awards, presented by Optimus Education, a leading provider of national educational events, serve as a platform for trusts across the UK to celebrate their schools, students, and staff, and recognise the positive impact they have on their local communities.

The ceremony took place in London on June 29th, 2023, bringing together educational leaders from various trusts to acknowledge and applaud their outstanding achievements.

Expressing a deep sense of pride, Benedick Ashmore-Short, CEO of The Park Academies Trust, commended the inspiring work of the trust’s staff and pupils, emphasising its instrumental role in securing the Wellbeing Trust of the Year accolade.

Ashmore-Short said the trust’s strong belief in the pivotal role of well-being in providing a foundation for a truly exceptional education. “We’re so proud of the inspiring work of staff and pupils which has been instrumental in winning Wellbeing Trust of the Year at this year’s Multi Academy Excellence Awards.
