The public’s assistance is still urgently needed in the ongoing search for wanted man Michael Cook.
Cook, aged 28, is the subject of two failed to appear warrants issued by the court, concerning allegations of assault and drug dealing. Additionally, police wish to speak to him regarding other incidents.
Detective Inspector Dean Garvin of Wiltshire Police stressed, “We believe that Mr Cook is still in the Swindon area, or at least coming back on a regular basis. Extensive enquiries have been ongoing to locate him, and we know that he is hiding and there are people helping him.
“He needs to be put before a court.”
Garvin appealed to the public for assistance, stating, “I would ask the public to help us by letting us know if they see him or know where he is. You can do so by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by visiting the police website.”
