A 32-year-old Swindon man has been formally charged with the offence of rape, following an incident last month in Swindon town centre.
The individual, identified as Prinse Kessie, aged 32, and residing on Prospero Way in North Swindon, found himself under arrest following an incident that occurred in Regent Street on the 23rd of March.
Appearing before Swindon Magistrates Court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody with Kessie’s next court appearance scheduled for May 3rd at Swindon Crown Court.
