Rachel who graduated with a Diploma in Fine Art Drawing, will be leading the holiday club which gives local children the opportunity to express, explore and experiment with a variety of different mediums in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Rachel will also be teaching drawing skills and as a qualified creative mindfulness practitioner, will also be introducing her new creative mindfulness sessions at the holiday club.

Aimed at children aged 6-12 years old, Let’s Create will facilitate Swindon’s young artists to explore drawing, printmaking, painting, modelling, nature art, and still life and work both individually as well as collaboratively with their peers.

“We’re really excited to be offering a brand new holiday club for Swindon’s future artists,” said Rachel.

“We want to give children the opportunity to experiment with different mediums and express themselves through visual arts.

“It’s so important developmentally that children get quality time to free create and immerse themselves in their imaginations and I can’t wait to see what masterpieces they come up with this Easter.””

Let’s Create are also one of the recently selected lucky owners of a Swinpup, a medium balloon dog sculpture that will form part of the town’s, The Big Dog Art Trail this Summer raising money for charity.

Participants in Rachel’s art clubs will have the unique opportunity to discuss and contribute to the dogs design.

Let’s Create Art Holiday Club takes place on 4th, 5th and 6th April.
