In a recent operation carried out by the Swindon Neighbourhood Policing Teams, a local tasking team, and Swindon Team 5 response, three individuals have been arrested for drug offences.
The operation, which took place on Wednesday morning, involved the successful execution of two warrants in the Pinehurst area.
At a property on Beech Avenue, police discovered a cannabis cultivation with approximately 30 plants in an outbuilding. Additionally, two significant stashes of cannabis were located at a property on Poplar Avenue.
As a result of the operation, a man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply and cultivation of cannabis. Another man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
A third man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of Class B drugs, as well as facing charges of a homophobically aggravated public order offence and a historic theft.
