Curious kids and their families are in for a treat this summer as Hocus Pocus Play gears up to host an extraordinary event. The Spectacular Science event, scheduled for Friday 2nd August, promises to add a bang to the summer holidays with a blend of sensory play and hands-on science experiments.
In collaboration with Cheltenham-based party provider, Fun Science, this one-off event will offer an exciting array of activities. Children can look forward to engaging experiments such as popping rockets, paper chromatography, and the ever-popular slime making.
Aimed primarily at children aged 2 to 6, but welcoming all families, the event will feature two sessions: 10am-12pm and 1-3pm. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Cotswolds Water Park, just outside Fairford, the two-hour sessions will also include access to the enchanting sensory play area and a children’s lunch bag.
Tickets for the morning session are selling quickly, though there is still good availability for the afternoon session.
Catherine Welch, owner of Hocus Pocus Play, shared her excitement: “We are thrilled to bring this unique event to our community. It’s a fantastic opportunity for children to learn through play and exploration, and we are delighted to partner with Fun Science to make this a memorable experience.”
Families looking to add some scientific magic to their summer can find more information and book their tickets at Hocus Pocus Play.
