Couples hoping to tie the knot sooner rather than later are being offered the chance to save thousands thanks to new late availability wedding packages launched by Cricklade Hotel & Spa.
The Wiltshire venue has announced a series of discounted wedding offers for selected remaining dates across May, June and July 2026, aimed at engaged couples looking to avoid lengthy waits before celebrating their big day.
Set within the countryside on the edge of Cricklade, the hotel has become a popular venue for weddings thanks to its ballroom, landscaped gardens and spa facilities.
Georgia McAdam, Sales, Meetings and Events Manager at Cricklade Hotel & Spa, said the move reflects changing trends among modern couples.
“We’re seeing more and more couples choosing to celebrate soon after their engagement instead of waiting years to say ‘I Do’,” she said.
“Our carefully considered wedding packages have been designed with the same love, care and attention to detail; just without the lengthy planning.”
She added that the packages were intended to offer a more affordable option without compromising on the overall experience.
Both packages include private hire of the hotel’s ballroom for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, access to the venue’s gardens, drinks for guests, chair covers and sashes, a DJ and disco, and a twinkling illuminated dancefloor.
Package One caters for up to 100 guests and includes either a two-course barbecue or bespoke two-course meal, priced at £6,000 including VAT.
Package Two is designed for smaller celebrations of up to 60 guests and includes either a two-course barbecue or bespoke three-course meal, priced at £4,800 including VAT.
The hotel says availability is limited due to demand for wedding dates during the summer months.
