The Rotary Club of Swindon North and Thamesdown is proudly participating in the NSPCC’s Festival of Trees, an enchanting Christmas event held at the Wyvern Theatre running alongside the magical pantomime, Cinderella, between 7th December 2024 to 5th January 2025.
A beautifully decorated contribution to the trail featuring handcrafted Rotary baubles made by one of the Club’s talented members. Adding a touch of fairytale magic, a sparkling glass slipper sits beside the the Rotary Tree, completing its design.
Visitors are warmly invited to explore the festival, this year’s theme being, “Cinderella Goes to the Ball,” which is open to the public free of charge during the theatre’s opening hours. The Festival of Trees showcases a collection of Christmas trees, each sponsored and creatively decorated by local businesses and organisations.
The festival launch event saw cast members from Cinderella joining the Rotary Club alongside the other tree sponsors such as Swindon Travel Hub and Swindon Pickleball to celebrate the occasion.
